Kirsten Goode founded Encompass Marketing in Bathurst in 2019 with a simple conviction: that small businesses in regional NSW deserve the same quality of strategic marketing thinking as their city counterparts - without the city price tag or the runaround.
With close to three decades of marketing experience behind her, Kirsten brings a combination of strategic depth and hands-on capability to every partner she works with. She thinks in plans and outcomes, not just posts and pixels - and she's as comfortable building a 12-month marketing strategy from scratch as she is designing the social content, web pages and reporting frameworks that bring it to life.
What sets Kirsten apart is that full-circle experience. Her career spans both sides of the marketing discipline - the creative, customer-facing front end of brand, content and social, and the operational back end of data, systems, process and measurement. That combination means she can build strategies that are genuinely connected to business results, not just marketing activity, and report on them in language that makes sense to a business owner.
In 2026, she added AI search optimisation to that skill set - helping businesses get found not just on Google, but in the AI assistants their customers are increasingly turning to for recommendations. It's the newest layer of a discipline she's been working in for nearly three decades, and one she's genuinely excited about.
